The Maharaja Jewellers does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

3. Gold Trade-In Transactions

Customers trading or selling gold to The Maharaja Jewellers represent and warrant that they are the lawful owners of the items being traded or sold and have the legal authority to complete the transaction.

Upon completion of a gold trade-in or sale transaction, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the traded items may be altered, refined, processed, or otherwise disposed of at the sole discretion of The Maharaja Jewellers.

4. Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and lawful.

The Maharaja Jewellers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is suspected.

5. Limitation of Liability
