1. All Sales Are Final

All jewellery purchases are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once a purchase has been completed, including but not limited to changes of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

2. Weight Variation & Final Pricing

Gold and diamond jewellery is priced based on weight, craftsmanship, and current market value.

  • Final product weight is confirmed at the time of purchase.

  • Any variation between the estimated and final weight may result in a corresponding adjustment to the final price.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final price before completing their purchase.

3. Custom & Special Orders

All custom-made, personalized, and special-order jewellery items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once a custom order has been confirmed:

  • The order cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Production will begin based on the customer's approved specifications.

  • The customer is responsible for completing the purchase as agreed.

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, specifications, sizing, pricing, and order information before completing their purchase.

The Maharaja Jewellers is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer during the ordering process.

5. Customer Acknowledgement
